Lovely accommodation, peaceful area, home from home, log burner, perfect cosy night. Beautifully presented, exceptionally clean cottage, charming location, ideal base, nearby beaches. Wonderful owner, everything explained, places to visit mentioned, spotlessly clean, secluded seating areas. Beautifully renovated farm house, footpaths from garden, golden sandy beaches, perfect location for kids, corn fields being harvested.

I had the most wonderful stay at Church Farm in Legbourne Louth. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner, Paula, who gave me a warm welcome and took the time to explain everything about the cottage. She even mentioned some great places to visit in the area, which was incredibly helpful.

Lovely, well-equipped cottage in a peaceful location. Immaculate inside and out. Comfy beds. Plenty of space outside. Great communication with the owner. Close to Wolds Wildlife Park and local beaches. Perfect for friends going out at nights.
Felt very cared for, nothing too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at Church Farm, Legbourne Louth Villa. The cottage was beautifully renovated and equipped with everything we needed. The location was peaceful, surrounded by gorgeous countryside. We loved watching the friendly sheep and lambs. The owner, Paula, was welcoming and even left us some treats for our arrival. The nearby village shop was convenient for supplies. we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this villa.

From the moment Paula greeted us, we felt at home. The cottage is nestled at the top of a lane and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The bedrooms and family areas are spacious, perfect for our three grandsons. The boys loved playing in the outdoor space and watching the birds in the front garden. The village store, just a short walk away, had everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the local walks and the stunning views of the sheep field. The house was well-equipped and comfortable. We can't wait to return! I highly recommend this lovely cottage.

My recent stay at Church Farm in Legbourne Louth was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home and welcomed by the lovely host, Paula. The cottage itself was perfect, with all the amenities and facilities I could wish for, including a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The front garden was beautifully kept and a haven for birdwatching, with an array of bird species visiting the birdfeeders. The peacefulness of the area was a true highlight, and coming back to the cozy log burner after a day of exploring the nearby coast was the perfect way to unwind. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough and I'm already looking forward to returning later in the year. I highly recommend this fantastic cottage for anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing retreat.
